My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. Despite a mix-up with the room I initially booked, the place is situated in a beautiful, lush environment. However, the service was lacking, especially with the room change situation. The dining experience was average, with some issues at the buffet. The location offers green surroundings but has its drawbacks like peeling paint around the pool area.

I wanted a hotel with clean and comfortable rooms near the pool, and this place delivered. The food had variety but mostly cold in the buffets, although the Japanese, Mexican, and Brazilian al a carte options were superb. Some upgrading is needed for the rooms, but overall, it was a good stay.
